If you no-show to your appointment, the full amount of the service booked will be charged. There will be no refund or ability to reschedule if you no-show. No-show means you did not arrive to your appointment within the first 15 minutes of your appointment time.
If you are unwell, please reschedule within 24 hrs, this includes runny noses, coughs, fever etc. If you come to your appointment sick, you will be sent home and charged full amount of the service booked
If you wish to reschedule for any reason, you must do so 24 hours in advance.
